Workshop at Goto 10 in Malmö

City Retreat, day 1

10 Mar 2025, 10:00–17:30 | Organizer: Well-being Lab

In a world where we are constantly connected and juggling the demands of a fast-paced digital life, finding time for recovery can feel impossible. On March 10th and 11th, the Well-being Lab invites you to four free workshops in Malmö, offering tools and techniques to manage digital stress, prevent burnout, and create balance in an always-online lifestyle.

For many, finding the time to escape to a forest retreat is a luxury they cannot afford—so we’re bringing the retreat to you! Who says you need to leave the city to feel good? Well-being can flourish in urban environments too.

In today's fast-paced, hyperconnected world, where our lives are increasingly intertwined with digital tools and platforms, prioritizing well-being is more important than ever. These workshops are designed to restore balance and promote self-care for the digital citizen, equipping participants with tools to navigate the challenges of a connected lifestyle.

Join us for workshops tailored to help individuals manage the demands of a hectic digital life, including guided meditation to reduce screen fatigue, journaling to process the constant flow of information, heartfulness practices to foster meaningful connections in an online world, holistic embodiment techniques to counteract the physical strain of long hours at a desk, and a special session on recognizing and preventing burnout—a growing concern in our 24/7 digital culture.

What can you expect?

  1. Accessible free-of-charge workshops within the city of Malmö, enabling participants to experience rejuvenation without needing to travel to remote forest retreats.
  2. Introduction to a variety of well-being techniques, such as guided meditation, journaling, heartfulness, and holistic practices, to inspire regular self-care routines, especially for those managing a digitally demanding life.
  3. Actionable tools and strategies to help participants recognize and prevent burnout caused by the pressures of constant connectivity.
  4. A welcoming space for individuals to connect, share, and grow through group activities centered on mindfulness and holistic well-being, building resilience in an increasingly online world.
  5. Practical tips on how to use urban environments for self-care and relaxation, proving that mindfulness can be integrated into even the most tech-driven lifestyles.

With love,

Well-being Lab Team
