Join us for our Autumn Meet-Up, "Embracing Ourselves," hosted by Mujeres Lagom. Inspired by the Swedish concept of Lagom, which signifies finding the perfect balance—the "just right" amount—in all aspects of life, this gathering is designed to celebrate the season of change and self-reflection.

As autumn unfolds, it brings a natural rhythm of transformation and renewal. It's a time to shed old layers and embrace new beginnings. In this spirit, our meet-up focuses on self-discovery and personal growth, providing a nurturing environment where you can connect with yourself and others on a deeper level.

This three-hour encounter is free of charge and open to all Spanish/English-speaking women who have immigrated to Sweden. We understand the unique journey of adapting to a new culture while maintaining your roots.

Our community is a supportive space where you can share experiences, exchange ideas, and build lasting connections with women who are navigating similar paths.

During the event, we will explore our guiding word for the season—"Embracing"—through a variety of engaging activities and workshops. These may include mindfulness sessions to ground ourselves, creative workshops to express our inner thoughts, and discussion circles to share stories and insights. Each activity is thoughtfully crafted to help you find balance, nurture self-care, and foster personal empowerment.

Our facilitators Marianela and Florencia bring diverse skills and knowledge to share. Whether it's practical tips for well-being, inspirational talks, or collaborative projects, there's something for everyone to enjoy and learn from.
